Hey Everybody,

It is at this time my unfortunate duty to inform you that I plan to resign as DST of CND-011. It is unfortunate for me because I took on this position to ensure that our domain continued to have fun, and would thrive. It has thrived in my time as DST growing from 5 regular players to approximately 15. But the fun seems to have started to diminish. Both the fun I had in creating plots and running games for you all, and from what I’ve gathered from the comments and rumours I’ve heard going around, the fun you all have in playing the game. This is not an effect I’ve ever wanted to have on this domain. I must say I find it very disappointing that the members of this domain could not have just come to me when they felt things had stopped working to their desire. We have many avenues in which the members could have approached myself, and the DC over this matter, and all being adults I never expected this situation to devolve to the point that it did. My role in this has always been that of a volunteer position, and I have always endeavoured to make this a labour of pleasure for the domain as a whole. So with heavy heart I have decided to resign from the office of DST at the end of this month and upon the official voting in of a new DST.

Upon the decision of the new DST, I will be more than willing to stay on for a short time, to assist in showing them the ropes of the reports and explaining through all the plots that have previously occurred, that are occurring and any other information that may need assistance with.  While the votes are occurring though please continue to send your downtime actions or any questions regarding Requiem to victoria.requiem@gmail.com,  Masquerade questions to st.stuff@gmail.com, any domain based questions to DST.shroudedisle@gmail.com and any Domain Coordinator question to dc@shroudedisle.ca .

I would also like to address at this time that Aden Home will not be ADST: Requiem for the remainder of my time as DST. This is in no way a personal decision, or in reference of his Storytelling ability. This is a decision made in good faith purely based on an utter lack of communication at this time. If the next DST chooses to bring him back onto the Storytelling team it would be both my pleasure and hopefully the pleasure of the domain as a whole to have him continue narrating game.
